What KartLuxe is
KartLuxe is a search tool. You describe what you want — by voice, text, or a photo — and we search multiple retailers at once and show you what we find, sorted by price. KartLuxe never sells you anything directly: every purchase happens on the retailer’s own site, under that retailer’s own terms, prices, and stock levels.
Affiliate links
Many of the “View at [retailer]” links on KartLuxe are affiliate links. If you click through and buy something, KartLuxe may earn a commission from the retailer — at no extra cost to you. This never affects which price we show you or how results are sorted; results are always sorted by price, not by commission.
Prices and availability aren’t guaranteed
We pull prices, stock, and product details from retailers’ own feeds and APIs and refresh them regularly, but a price or availability shown on KartLuxe can be out of date by the time you click through. The retailer’s own site always has the final, accurate price. Price alerts are checked once a day — they’re a convenience, not a real-time guarantee, and we’re not liable if a price changes again before you buy.
Purchases, returns, and disputes
Any purchase, payment, delivery, return, or dispute is strictly between you and the retailer you bought from. KartLuxe is not a party to that transaction and can’t process refunds, cancel orders, or resolve disputes on a retailer’s behalf — you’ll need to contact that retailer directly.
Accounts
An account is free and optional — you can search anonymously without one. Creating an account lets you save wishlists and set price alerts. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account; let us know at hello@kartluxe.com if you think someone else has access to it.
Acceptable use
KartLuxe is for personal shopping searches. Please don’t scrape, automate, or send high-volume requests against the search endpoint outside normal use, try to bypass any rate limits, or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
KartLuxe is provided “as is.” We work to keep search results relevant and accurate, but we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product shown will still be available or at the price shown by the time you reach the retailer’s site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as KartLuxe changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do — continuing to use KartLuxe after a change means you accept the updated terms.
